• Coparency does not process reimbursements unless payment functionality is explicitly enabled,

• Users are responsible for resolving financial disagreements,

• Coparency does not mediate disputes or determine fairness.

6. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Pay applicable fees,

• Allow automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date,

Tone analysis recommendations are informational and may not always be accurate.

 

 

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

• Coparency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months.
